DAYTIME
The festival area for the daytime event is located at Heiligengeistfeld in Hamburg. You will find the area in the southern section, close to the St. Pauli subway station.

We recommend using public transportation to get there. The closest subway stop is U3 St. Pauli (exit Heiligengeistfeld). From there, you can reach the venue by foot in just a few minutes.

If you are arriving by taxi or Uber, ask to be dropped off at Glacischaussee, near number 4.

If you are arriving by car, please use public parking spaces, as we do not provide separate parking facilities. It is best to park at the official Heiligengeistfeld parking lot or the parking lots on Glacischaussee.

NIGHTTIME
The nightime event takes place at Uebel & Gefährlich, directly at Heiligengeistfeld. The venue is located in the bunker on Feldstraße – Feldstraße 66, Hamburg. It’s just a few minutes' walk from the festival grounds, or you can take the U3 subway to Feldstraße station. The entrance is at the front on Feldstraße.

This year, we're celebrating twice. During the day (11-22H) at Heiligengeistfeld and at night (22-end) at the Uebel & Gefährlich Club. Ready for 20 hours of CS vibes?

NOTE: You need a separate ticket for both events. Tickets for the daytime event are not valid for the party at night.

You are permitted to bring small bags to the event. However, please refrain from bringing backpacks or large bags exceeding 10 liters in capacity (e.g. tote bags max).

Besides that you are allowed to bring a small umbrella, something warm to wear, etc. To keep your stuff safe, we offer a wardrobe.

The possession of drugs, glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, firearms, and any other dangerous or otherwise prohibited items is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, substances, food, alcoholic drinks, and animals are also not permitted to bring.

At our event, we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs, including soft drugs. We strongly discourage attendees from bringing any form of drugs onto the premises.

Public drug use during the event will result in immediate removal from the venue.

We kindly ask all participants to respect these regulations and contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

This is a cashless event – we do not accept cash. You can pay at every bar, food or service point, as well as at the entrance with your card or phone.

Yes, we provide a secured wardrobe for you. But please make sure just to bring essential stuff, because our space is limited. And please remove valuables from your bags.

We accept no liability. First come, first serve.

We kindly request that all visitors to the festival dress appropriately for a techno-themed event. We appreciate your enthusiasm for celebrating special occasions such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or birthdays. However, we kindly ask that these celebrations remain inconspicuous and not easily identifiable.

Let's maintain a nice atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the music and festivities without distraction.

To re-enter the festival, you will have to rejoin the general queue, even if you have a valid ticket. Proof must be provided again that it is your ticket and where you purchased it. This is necessary for security reasons and to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of visitors.

We do not provide official festival parking facilities. Please use public parking spaces. It is best to park at the official Heiligengeistfeld parking lot or the parking lots on Glacischaussee.

At Café Soda Festival, we are committed to promoting sustainability and minimizing waste. As part of our efforts, we have implemented a reusable drink system to reduce single-use plastic and encourage eco-friendly practices.

When you purchase a drink at our festival, you will receive a cup that can be reused throughout the event. We kindly ask all attendees to help us maintain a clean environment by using these reusable cups and returning them to the designated collection points when finished. This way, we can wash and sanitize them for reuse, minimizing the amount of waste generated.

In addition, we kindly request that you refrain from littering and dispose of any trash responsibly. Please make use of the designated trash bins located throughout the festival grounds. Keeping our venue clean not only enhances the festival experience for everyone but also contributes to the overall sustainability goals we have set.

If somethings happen or you just don’t feel good, please don’t hesitate and contact our security, staff or awareness crew.

During festival hours we will have a mobile medical team available at the festival ground.

CAFÉ SODA will have the automatic entitlement to utilize all video or photo content created within the festival grounds, free and without notice.

Photo and video recordings are only allowed with prior approval (press accreditation).

If you take pictures or videos with your smartphone, please make sure not to disturb others and respect their privacy.

Sure. After the closing set we invite everyone from the festival to join us at Uebel & Gefährlich Club for our nighttime event. We’re playing all night long till sunrise.

Note: You need a nighttime ticket to attend the event. The festival ticket is not valid!

We’ll do our best to get your stuff back. Please ask at our wardrobe or the staff at our entrance.

Yes, the Café Soda Day Festival is accessible. The entire festival area is built on ground level, and there are also toilets available for disabled guests. If you require a special entrance, please feel free to approach our staff at the entrance, and they will assist you.

We believe in sunshine. And as everyone from Hamburg knows, after the rain comes the sun. So better get yourself a rain safe dress and an umbrella.

The event will only be cancelled if an official order has been issued, or in case of emergency.

In accordance with the updated regulations in Hamburg, there is no longer a requirement for a rapid test or proof of vaccination. However, we still recommend that you take a daily rapid test before attending the event. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to stay at home and refrain from attending the event.
